Our primary expertise is in the retail and consumer sectors, but we have successfully executed searches across many industries and are equipped to partner with clients in any industry.
What makes you different from other search firms?
The cornerstone of our practice is our industry-leading guarantee structure: 1.5-year prorated for contingent searches, and 3-year prorated for retained searches. Each retained search also features our custom "two-way fit" scorecard, which deeply evaluates alignment from both the client and candidate perspective.
What is the difference between retained and contingent search?
Retained search is an exclusive partnership with a portion of the fee paid upfront, and is typically used for C-suite/executive roles. In a contingent search, fees are only paid if a candidate is successfully placed. Contingent searches can be used for searches at any level. We offer clients the flexibility of a retained or contingent partnership.
Do you conduct searches anywhere in the U.S.?
Absolutely. Our home base is Southern California, but we partner with clients and candidates nationwide.
Can you do confidential searches?
Yes. Confidentiality is central to our process, particularly for sensitive and replacement searches.
